Contract Documents
Below you'll find the two documents that make up our standard
contract. The first, the "Contract," describes the relationship between us and your company, and also describes the ownership of intellectual material
associated with any work we may do for you.

The second document, the "Exhibit," describes the work to be done,
the rate, and the payment schedule.

Of course, these documents need signed by both parties before they
become operative to bind either of us, and the details you might expect to see in the exhibit will necessarily be adjusted once we've talked about the work
you'd like us to do for you. The intent is to provide you with some assurance of professionalism on our part, of our respect for something you've paid for, and
to illustrate our hope the respect is shared between us.
